Chocolate Chocolate Chip Poundcake

So, it's been a while, but I felt as though this recipe needed to be apart of the blog. Ever since our friend's mom introduced us to this cake, it has been made at least once a month. It's fast, easy, moist, and delicious. What more could you want from a cake? That's right. Nothing. So here is the recipe:

-Butter Yellow Cake Mix
-1 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix
-4 eggs
-1 cup oil
-1/4 cup water
-8 oz. sour cream
-6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first six ingredients until softened. Use mixer for two minutes until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into greased bundt pan. Bake for 55 minutes to an hour. Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Enjoy!

Hi friend! I didn't realize you had a blog! yay for reconnecting! Also- the cake you listed above is one of my all-time favorites, and one of the things I miss the most about not being able to bake over here (no ovens- so crazy). But the recipe I use calls for milk and doesn't use sour cream. I'll try it your way next summer when I'm back home.
